The Ketogenic diet has become a trend in the fat loss industry; after all, it is one the healthiest and fastest way to drop body fat. Fitness coaches from across the globe swear on the health benefits of the ketogenic diet. Even some of the doctors recommend this diet as part of their treatment for several chronic diseases such as epilepsy, diabetes, obesity, Alzheimer’s, etc.

As per the thumb rule of a ketogenic diet, one has to maintain the macro ratios in order to stay in the ketosis state. 70 percent calories from healthy fats, 25 percent from protein, and just 5 percent from carbohydrates is the basic blueprint of a ketogenic diet.

However, despite being the most effective fat loss diet, a lot of people still fail to drop the body fat using the keto diet. So, what possible mistakes do people make?
