It has been over 6 years consistently that we are advocating Kettlebell workouts in various clubs, gyms and the corporate sector. We specialize in Kettlebell training & strength and conditioning workouts only. We have experienced a lot of gym owners spending a lot of money on interiors and non-necessary machines, but hesitating to spend money on correct selection of Kettlebells, if at all they choose to keep them in their gyms. Any workout is hampered only if you don't use the correct equipment; but on the flip side, if you use correct equipment by upgrading your knowledge it can be more useful.
