It is difficult to maintain the fitness regime coz of the working hours. The acting industry is very demanding in terms of time and energy and one has to be always available and active. Still itâ€™s an occupation which requires you to be at the top of your fitness game. No matter how many hours I work, I have to hit the gym.
Do you feel the pressure to be in perfect shape?
Yes, absolutely. Many times I donâ€™t get to sleep for even 6 hours a day, but if I havenâ€™t slept well, the only saving grace is eating right, by which I wonâ€™t put on extra weight.
