Cranberries and Oranges are a perfect antidote in this weather. The vitamin-C keeps you energized throughout. The citrus present also contains Vitamin K, folate and potassium and is also good source of cancer preventing flavonoids.

  • 3 oranges peeled
  • 1/2 cup cranberries fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 banana frozen
  • 1/4 cup Plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • Ice Cubes
