Throughout the world, millions of people are affected by arthritis, their lives changed by the often constant pain of inflamed joints.

Arthritis is cleanly summed up in its name, being derived from the Greek words 'arthro', which means joint, and 'itis', which means inflammation. As the name implies it is a condition involving inflammation of the joints, but unlike the common conception that it is a disease in its own, it is always a symptom of another affliction. Gout, Osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid arthritis, and Lupus are just some of the more common causes of this painful and often crippling condition.

Muscle, bones and joints get disturbed once you are detected with Arthritis. This disease affects millions of people in the world. The only way to reduce the pain of arthritis after its detection is physical workout. When stiff and painful joints are already bogging them down, the mere idea of walking on a treadmill or doing Yoga or doing any exercise scares arthritis patients to the core, which is quite a natural reaction.
