What does your normal fitness routine look like?
Due to my profession of being an actor, my normal fitness routine is never fixed. Our shoots aren't fixed so it's very difficult to take out time every day. I have to adjust accordingly but I make sure that I go to the gym every day and if going to the gym isn't possible, I definitely make sure that I go for running and swimming so that I don't lose my body shape and keep myself motivated.
Is there a difference between a rich celebrity trying to get in shape, and an average person aiming for such a goal?
