Drink lots of water every day with little bit of lime and apple cider vinegar. Water is hydro power, if we do not have enough water in our cells, we cannot create energy. So water is critical in fat burning.

Have good fats to burn fats. Have flax oil, coconut oil, olive oils but not refined oils. Have grass fed cows ghee. It contains omega 3 fatty acids, which in fact helps you to burn fats.

Train always in the mornings, not late evenings. In the mornings our cortisol levels is supposed to be high, which helps in fat burning, but not in the evenings. Cortisol levels tend to drop along with sunset.

List down everything you eat. This will help you in making your progress data.

Get adequate amount of fibre each day. It will help cleansing up of the gut.

Take intermittent breaks between - breakfast, lunch & dinner. That means no eating at all in between your meals. When we do not eat anything in-between meals, we start burning fats more efficiently, rather than in case of eating every 3 hours. Because our fat burning hormones like IGF and GROWTH hormones, work through liver. Secondly, we do not spike insulin at all.
