What is Dehydration?
"Dehydration" is a physiological condition where intake of water is not enough to replace the free water loss during physiologic processes like urination, perspiration and also other causes including Diarrhea & Vomiting.

Yes, drinking too little water can make you feel thirsty, but it can also cause dizziness, light-headedness, lack of energy, and muscle cramping. Severe dehydration can lead to heat exhaustion, heat stroke, seizures, and even death.
