In this column, I will be sharing with you my favorite workout routine that can give you a rock solid pump in just 30 minutes. However, below are a few things that should be considered before we jump to the split.

    Important Points during Workout:
  • The workout form should be on point, else you will be just swinging your arms and won't get that potential result.
  • The tempo has to be controlled. Keep the eccentric phase slower than concentric.
  • Feel every damn rep!
  • And hey, don't miss your warm up and drills. After all, safety first!
