Footwear matters! Whether in regular life, at a party, or even on the gym floor, a right pair of shoes can create a difference to your looks as well as performance. What are lifting shoes?

Before understanding about the lifting shoes, first understand how our feet work. When we perform lifts like squats or deadlifts, we generate force against the resistance that comes from the ground. Talking about the arch of the feet, a normal arch is considered the best and most stabilized posture for the feet. However, there are some people who have a flat foot, and this creates a pronation in their feet when they perform major lifts. Now in this case, the lifting shoes become an essential training gear.
