Mobility plays an important role in our day to day activities. Be it fitness, sports or any other activity which requires turning, twisting or bending.

Here are some exercises done with Kettlebells to improve Mobility which improves Kettlebell lifting, strength training, and even your yoga.

Keeping your joints mobile will ensure that you are able to move without compensation, it will reduce the chances of you getting injured, and will also help in keeping your joints healthy.

As you age, your joints get more and more restricted, often due to your lack of movement or inactivity.

If you take care of your joint mobility and increase the range (ROM) in your joints, your performance in fitness or sports can be maintained for a longer period of time.

It is best to have a systematic approach to your joint mobility starting at the top and working your way down to your ankles.
