One of the famous faces of Indian television since 14 years, Himanshu Malhotra is a fitness enthusiast who keeps a regular check on his diet and workouts. He is a vegetarian and loves to exercise. Here is his take on being fit and healthy.

What does your normal fitness routine look like?

It's usually a mix of four weight training isolations, cross fit, and yoga, spread over a schedule of 6 days a week, and 1 day is my rest day because your muscles need rest for a minimum one day a week.
