What does your normal fitness routine look like?
I am not much into weight training, I like more of cross fit, tyre workouts, and a simple jog, which I think is a must for at least 30 mins a day. I like being healthy and fit with a balanced diet; not too hard core.
Is there a difference between a rich celebrity trying to get in shape and an average person?
I don't think so; there are so many average people who are super fit even without any supplements and there are so many celebs who are not fit despite having all the facilities. It's the focus and routine which help you get there.
What will we always find in your workout bag?
Max Protein bars and chips for sure, my towel as I love taking steam, and yes my gloves and some workout accessories.
