Dancer and Television actor, Utkarsh Gupta is an early riser who does his best to keep up his game of fitness. Being a fitness fanatic, he believes in the power of protein and passion.
What does your normal fitness routine look like?
Well! My routine starts pretty early, I wake up around 6 in the morning and go for cycling at least 30mins, and perform Cross Fit in the garden area for 30mins, then morning yoga for around 20mins and then meditation for 10mins. So that makes a cumulative of 1.30 hours of workout and meditation.
