Fitness as a whole is an exhaustive term. Many a times, the idea of fitness differs from person to person. But mostly, it refers to your own optimal health and overall well-being. But I asked this question to myself the other day and kept thinking for a long time, what does fitness mean to me?
I do love my workouts and have been religiously working out for many years. Exercising does make me feel good and makes me look fit. But now, when I actually look back and think, fitness has made a huge impact on my life.
It's hard to believe how the fitness scene has changed over the years. From fan-cooled gyms to luxury hi-tech gyms today. From a couple of marathons to more than 20 marathons in one city in a year. The fitness scene today is on the verge of explosion. Gyms are mushrooming everywhere and so are brands that supply fitness-related goodies and food to the consumer market.
