Kettlebell training is probably the hardest thing you have ever tried. It never gets easier over time, which is one of the reasons few lifters opt for it or nurture it to the next level. The weights get heavier, the pace of lifting increases, it always stays challenging.

And…it makes you mentally tough, like a ROCK.

There are several benefits of training with Kettlebells but regrettably few practitioners have the patience to go through it for the desired results. Kettlebell training builds strong but lean bodies capable of lifting thousands of pounds within a certain time period. No other lifting training program exhibits this aspect. The most important attribute is that you can develop a process of mental toughness through its practice.

For example, a novice Kettlebell lifter, body weight 65kgs, lifts 2 x 12kgs Kettlebells in the form of clean and jerk for 80 reps in 10 minutes. This means he has actually lifted close to 2000kgs of volume which is great work in terms of stamina, endurance and overall mental toughness.
