IBS, or the Irritable Bowel Syndrome is not a disease or cancer but a gastrointestinal problem.The movement of the food through the intestine is either too slow or too fast. This problem can be the result of high stress levels, which can also worsen an existing problem. IBS precipitates other gastro problems like leaky gut or low digestive capacity.

Prevention measures-

Focus on foods rich in minerals like leafy green vegetables: kale , spinach , asparagus, okra, collards, arugula, zucchini, and fruit like berries, cherries, and coconut.


Adequate water intake is very important. It will prevent constipation. If you are prone to diarrhea, hydration is crucial as you could be already losing water. Adding a pinch of salt with lime to your morning drink of will help you balance your electrolytes.
