Every man wants a fully ramped up Testosterone level, but very few people understand the finer nuances of this Super Hormone. The worst part is that very few mainstream doctors have any understanding beyond what they might have learned in their med schools. I am going to try my best to give you all a crash course on this.

TESTOSTERONE ENDOCRINOLOGY 101:

It ALL starts from the top: Below is an example in a Healthy Male.

Cerebral Cortex is your brain’s main Headquarter, which houses the Hypothalamus. The hypothalamus is your body’s main signaling centre when it comes to the production of a lot of important hormones, including Testosterone. Low Testosterone is sensed by the Hypothalamus > Hypothalamus then produces the Gonadortropin Releasing Hormone i.e GnRH > GnRH then sends signals to the Pituitary gland > Pituitary then makes Leutinsing Hormone and FSH ie. Follicle Stimulating Hormone. > LH (LH is the one primarily responsible for the Testosterone Production, and not FSH) then sends the signal to the Leydig Cells in the Testes (by converting Cholesterol to Testosterone) to produce more Testosterone > and more Testosterone is made to the person’s maximum capability.
